10K/5K Run & Walk — Reaching for the Rainbow!

Run & Walk course will be on the Tunnel Hill State Trail

ENTRY FEES (Pre-registered by March 2nd):

• 10K Run Registration: $30 per person
• 5K Run or Walk: $25 per person
• 1-Mile Fun Run: $10 per person
• Proceeds benefits Family Counseling Center, Inc.

RACE DAY SHIRTS

• T-shirts are guaranteed to everyone who pre-registers for the 10K, 5K Run/Walk, & Fun Run by March 4th.
  Rain or shine — sorry, no refunds!

SCHEDULE:

• 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. — REGISTRATION
• 5:30 p.m. — FUN RUN
• 6:00 p.m. — 10K RUN
  
• 6:00 p.m. — 5K RUN & WALK

Proceeds are used to benefit all client programs including behavioural health, supportive living, and developmental services to individuals residing in the Southern 7 counties of Illinois.

AWARDS

• Top overall male and female 10K Run, 5K Run, & 5K walk finishers (trophy)
• Top overall male and female 5K Runners in each age group (medal):
  <19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
