Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director, 2014 – Present
- Guided the organization during Illinois’ historic 2 year budget impasse
- Led the organization to double its employee/clientele base and revenue in just 5 years. This growth has allowed the organization to touch over 2,000 lives directly and has employed more than 250 staff and clients collectively. Over 11 million dollars are infused annually into Southern Illinois both directly and indirectly, thereby impacting even more lives.
