Through planning, prevention, and remediation we ensure that our community remains safe and vibrant for everyone.

FCC receives funding from the Illinois Department of Human Services — Division of Mental Health, Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Division of Developmental Disabilities, Division of Family and Community Services, and the Division of Rehabilitation Services; Illinois Department of Children and Family Services; Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services; Healthcare Resources and Services Administration; United States Department of Housing & Urban Development; Local 553 Property Tax Levy; gifts and client fees.
