TERMS: Winners must be at least 18 years of age. Winners do not have to be present to claim prizes. Winnings are subject to Federal and Illinois state income tax. Winners are required to complete IRS Form 5754 to provide information necessary for income tax reporting.

First Prize Winner will have until September 2, 2017, to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed by the deadline, another winner will be drawn. In addition, First Prize Winner who selects car must agree to pay 6.25% sales tax, Title and Licensing fees for the 2016 Ford Focus Hatchback.

Second Prize Winner must claim the 7-night vacation prize by August 7, 2017, or another winner will be drawn. The dates for the vacation are pre-set for August 11-18, 2017. (2-bed deluxe, sleeps 6).
