At Family Counseling Center, Inc. (FCC), our mission is to improve the quality of life for persons in need of mental health and substance abuse counseling. We also provide child welfare and developmental disability services. Our primary focus is to reduce the severity of mental health symptoms, promote self awareness for those with intellectual disabilities and provide safe, quality housing for our residential clients.
Family Counseling Center, Inc. is a private, not-for profit corporation. FCC receives funding from the Illinois Department of Human Services — Division of Mental Health, Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse, Division of Developmental Disabilities; Illinois Department of Children and Family Services; United States Department of Housing & Urban Development; Local 553 Property Tax Levy; gifts and client fees.
